Busy, busy, busy...
So I've dropped my hat into this CSS game, and I think I'll get me back on the ball with dA. Keeping up is going to be easy once I'm done
catching on all of the deviations that I haven't been keeping track of. It's uh... somewhere over
1,900 right now. Expect to hear from me... sparingly.
Other than deviantART to get back into, I'm in the process of designing/tweaking some webpages, and I'm even thinking of getting my own on =
randomredux's server. I know, I know, I have money and school to start thinking about, but I really wanna get my name out there, web designing, drawing, graphics, anything. I may have to work my skills up to commission worthy and start doing those from time to time to further support myself.
Upgrade of skills requires time, and a lot of the time, I don't have it.. A predicament in and of itself, I know. Anyway, just be on the lookout for comments from me. I'm back. Again. What's that, the 4th time now I've declared this?
Please tell me what you think of my CSS and graphics.

To be updated when I'm feeling something good here on dA.

These were picked because I felt they properly represented ~
MegamiJadeheart. She is probably best known for her eccentricity toward renaissance festivals and medieval clothing, being an excellent seamstress. She also draws a lot, and I mean a lot, of chibis. Ranging from original characters to Final Fantasy VII, they're everywhere. On that note, her original rewriting of the game's events is exquisite, and although it takes its own direction to fill in gaps between towns, battles, etc., it's an epic that is still spanning the RPG waters today.

If there's words to describe ~
honeyblade in one shot, it's "old school", "old school", "old school". With my first selection, this is horribly apparent. I mean, come on! She drew Megaman! The original, mind you. Beyond her old school stylings comes a bit of new school with her fandoms spanning across Final Fantasy VIII and Jak and Daxter. You can also taste that twinge of humor sliding across her face upon drawing Seifer holding Princess Peach's crown.

The artwork of ~
keznkaiser is something fantastic. No, really, it is. The backdrops of many of the works take place within a fantasy world graphic novel that the man himself has been trying to get into print. It's very beautiful, with dynamic lighting and muted colors that construct a world amongst the clouds, complete with dragoons riding through the bleak sky. On the other hand, he is fairly talented with oil paints, and has submitted a great deal of time toward his traditional paintings. With the vibrant colors apparent amongst the heavy details and texture, it's easy to see that a man of this talent will rise to the top fairly quickly within the art community.
The three of you responded to the meme, and I'll be featuring three of your deviations that I like to give you ample exposure. All you have to do now is do the same for others, and know that people will see your deviations.

Chandra has a way of painting that shapes colors and contour into something deep, dark, rich with delectable darkness. The subject matter ranges from "Good God", a seemingly beautiful goth woman wrapped up in a chain of events, to "Guy", an infamously known bald man, whose past teeters on the brink of insanity. Everything inbetween displays powerful emotion, the deranged, and that spot of dark humor that Jhonen Vasquez enjoys.. but without that bit of over the top senselessness. I know Chandra personally, and the energy she exudes is only a precursor to how much she pours into her artwork.

The epitome of a cel-shader's wet dream, *
madeline-marie's impressive lineart gets better and better every time she draws. A fanatical user of the pencil, she churns out a new drawing everyday it seems. I knew a girl like this in high school, but her skill hasn't improved with age like this. Adding to the beauty of her clean, crisp lines, she's mastered mixing flat colors with shadows and highlights that culiminates into something otherwordly than simply cel shading.

You know what you get when you mix drawing with smooth jazz and a drop of rubbing oil, don't you; Showkaizer's artwork. While he may not be actively submitting anything why he's busy attending school. There was a short while on dA that he spiked in popularity for his supremely strong, but sexy women. If you're a fan of girls stacked and packed, or just wanna see an Amazonesque alien babe, Show's got ya show. Before removing most of his deviations, he was a master of lineart(although he'll say otherwise), and a master of colors not many can equal. He even gave me a compliment once, proving he's just as polite as he is talented.

This list may have beautiful dark paintings, bewitching cel shading, and bewildering talent, but it also has something I treasure most amongst art, manga. =
luniara is a refreshing touch of manga, whereas *
madeline-marie has an anime look, =
SpookyChan gravitates toward stylized indie comic work, and *
showkaizer's artwork flows with a realism inspired by stylized, powerful anatomy that tends to hail from comics Stateside. =
luniara's detail is clean-cut, but is more detailed than what an anime would be entail. Following in the footsteps of greats like Shirow and ABe, her colors are vivid, and details added in everywhere they can be. One simple drawing becomes a manga-styled artwork, complete with digital screentoning over beautiful color for a texture you can feel with your eyes. While most manga styles fall by the wayside as indistinguishable, =
luniara creates an experience you'll never forget.
